Would you like to make a difference by designing a winning recipe that will promote Safe and Healthy Cooking and Fire Safety in the home?
Then create a stir and take part in the West Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service - Safety Central, Safe and Healthy Cooking competition.
They want you to send in recipes that will make a positive contribution to safe and healthy cooking practices. Be inventive, think of ways that your recipe can promote good nutrition, avoid an accident in the kitchen or offer a healthy alternative to an old favourite.
Each entry will be judged on its nutrition, taste, visual appeal, simplicity and ease of preparation, creative use of ingredients and safety message. Please think carefully about the judging criteria when designing your recipe and please describe the safe and healthy message you are promoting with your recipe.
You can enter individually or as a group and submit as many recipes as you wish.
